If you would like to return a pin because of whatever reason, please contact me directly @thepinfather via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Pinterest or via email oliver@thepinfather.com and I will make sure to make it happen for you, I will not pay for the return, the customer will have to pay for it.

Exchanges

I will be happy to do any exchanges, as long as I am informed about it, I will need to get the item first and then I will ship the desired item that was agreed upon.
